The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gl29 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. gl29 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gl29 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. gl29 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. gl29 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. gl29 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Philippine users: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your gl29 account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the originating bank. gl29 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. gl29 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours. The gl29 Multi Bet feature allows users to combine multiple selections into a single accumulator wager. All selections in a Multi Bet must win for the bet to return a profit. If any selection is void, that selection is removed from the Multi Bet and the remaining selections stand. Minimum and maximum stake limits for Multi Bet are displayed at the time of bet placement.

gl29's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gl29 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gl29's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
gl29 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
Upon termination, gl29 will return any verified, unencumbered balance in your account (i.e., real-money funds not subject to active wagering requirements or compliance holds) to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your gl29 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
